I have to go through twelve steps on the internet to do this from my mobile device. There is a seven step process to go through just to print an invoice on the fly. I'd give them 5 stars. My QBO app is constantly reminding me that I "qualify" for instant payments I cannot skip, decline, or remove this item from their "Todo list". It is infuriating. Very frustrating to use and intend to revert to previous mobile software. Support is weak and often times unable to help when on the road. Can't make changes to software via mobile, just the desktop and QB wont do it for you.
Kind of negates the mobile aspect. Not all features transfer between users on mobile and here doesn't seem to be a fix. If you are solo, QB might be for you. Multiple users there are better options. It's troubling to hear that you're experiencing so many issues with the app, Doug.
